The apartments "Superior" are located on the ground floor, 1st to 3rd floor and are 43 to 61 sqm in size. The spacious 2-room apartments with separate living room and bedroom have a balcony (except App.1) and a view of the landscaped courtyard.

The living and sleeping areas in apartments 5 and 10 are visually separated. The furnishings include a double bed, a sitting area with dining table (as well as sofa bed in App. 5, 10, 16), a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower / WC.
